By placing an order or using this website you agree to these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund & Return Policy. A bid or purchase on GunBroker.com is also subject to the Pricing & Shipping terms in that listing.

1. Eligibility and legal compliance

You must be legally eligible to purchase the items ordered. It is solely your responsibility to know and comply with all federal, state, and local laws regarding the purchase, possession, transfer, and use of firearms, parts, magazines, and accessories in your jurisdiction before you bid or check out.

2. Firearm sales

All firearms are sold subject to completion of ATF Form 4473 and a successful NICS (or state equivalent) background check at a licensed FFL. Firearms ship only to a receiving FFL, verified on ATF eZ Check before shipping. If the transfer cannot be completed (denial, refusal, or legal restriction), the order is cancelled and the firearm returned; the restocking fee and return shipping in the Refund & Return Policy apply. No sales to NJ, MA, IL, CT, RI, MD or DC, to U.S. territories, to APO/FPO, or outside the United States.

3. Magazines

High-capacity magazines listed with a firearm are factory-standard capacity. Magnolia Forge does not stock or substitute state-compliant reduced-capacity magazines. Where destination law prohibits transfer of a magazine over the state limit, those magazines are withheld. The firearm still ships to the receiving FFL. No magazine credit, swap, or delay. Buyer is responsible for destination magazine law before bidding.

4. Products and pricing

Products and services (including custom work, parts, and labor) are described on the site. Prices are subject to change. Custom and gunsmithing work is quoted after inspection. A request sent from this site is not an order until we confirm it by email.

5. Payment

Payment by card through a secure Authorize.net invoice sent to your email, or cash in person. No card fees. A request sent from this site is not a charge; you are charged only for the amount confirmed on the invoice for that order, including applicable tax and shipping. GunBroker orders are paid through GunBroker checkout only.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Magnolia Forge LLC's total liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the amount paid for the specific item or service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
