Refund & Return policy.

1. Firearms and serialized items

You have a 3-day inspection from the day the firearm arrives at your receiving FFL, unfired and untransferred. Within that window a return gets a full refund of the purchase price; original shipping is not refunded, and return shipping is on the buyer unless the discrepancy was ours. After the firearm is transferred to you, or after it is fired, there are no returns.

2. Cancels, non-payment and blocked orders

A 20% restocking fee applies to cancels, non-payment, failed background checks, and compliance-blocked orders (an order to a place we do not ship, or one that cannot be lawfully completed). It does not apply to a valid 3-day return. If a transfer cannot be completed, the firearm comes back to us; after inspection the refund is issued minus actual shipping and insurance costs and the restocking fee.

3. Magazines

Magazines withheld because destination law prohibits transfer over the state limit are not a defect, not a shortage, and not a cancel, refund or credit event. The firearm still ships. Magnolia Forge does not stock or substitute reduced-capacity magazines and does not delay shipment for a magazine swap.

4. Custom work and gunsmithing

Custom builds, ignition packages, reliability work, and other labor services are non-refundable once work has begun. Quotes are provided after inspection, and no billable work starts until you approve the quote.

5. Parts and accessories (non-serialized)

You have 3 days from delivery, unused and uninstalled. Within that window a return gets a full refund of the purchase price; original shipping is not refunded, and return shipping is on the buyer unless the error was ours. Email us before shipping anything back. Opened, installed, or used items are not eligible for return except for a verified defect.

6. Defective or incorrect items

Tell us within the inspection window with photos and order details. A discrepancy that was ours is corrected at our cost, including the return shipping.

7. How refunds are paid

Refunds go only to the payment method that paid. A letter or a store credit is not a refund unless you ask for one in place of it.
