Every pistol is inspected and quoted before work begins. It goes home with a report of what we found, what we did and what we measured. Final price after we see the pistol. Labor is labor; parts are extra unless the package includes them. 90-day bench warranty on our work.

We check the pistol against the bench inspection sheet and write up what we find.
Quote
You get the findings and a quote. No part is changed and no billable work starts until you approve.
Work and measure
The work is done, every safety check is repeated, and the numbers are recorded.
Report and return
The pistol goes back the way it came, with its service report.

A pistol goes back the way it came. Email first with the make, model and the work you want; we tell you which way fits.
Your dealer ships it
Your FFL sends it to ours. When the work is done it goes back to that dealer, and you pick it up there.
